We partnered with our long-term client Allison Baby to deliver a high-impact retail display for their Signature Joie product range, installed across Boots stores throughout the UK. From early design development to final installation, we managed the entire process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our client.



Allison Baby is a major European distributor of baby products, specialising in car seats, strollers, and child safety gear. They manage brands like Joie, Nuna, and Graco, focusing on safety, quality, and functional design.

This project involved the design, manufacture, and installation of a bespoke retail floor display for the Signature Joie range. Working closely with Allison Baby’s US-based design team and Boots’ retail requirements, we translated creative concepts into practical, durable, and visually striking in-store displays, tailored to 36 different store layouts across the UK.
We provided a full end-to-end solution, acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders. Our team developed detailed construction drawings, selected robust materials suitable for high-traffic retail environments, and produced full-size prototypes to validate both design and functionality. Detailed 3D layout drawings were created for every store to ensure a precise and confident rollout.
In order to keep the schedule continuously moving forward, we took a phased approach, building and installing each set individually. This strategy gave us the agility to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
We coordinated closely with Allison Baby and Boots to define requirements, timelines, and approval processes, taking full ownership of logistics and communication.
Using initial creative concepts from Allison Baby’s US design team, we developed full construction drawings and adaptable layouts for 36 store variations. Full-size prototypes were produced and refined.
All Health & Safety testing was managed in line with Boots Retail Furniture Guidelines, including topple, push, and weight deflection tests. The approved prototype moved swiftly into production.
A phased manufacturing and installation approach allowed the programme to move continuously forward, ensuring deadlines were met without compromising quality.
We worked in sync with Allison Baby’s merchandising team, enabling immediate product dressing after each installation and ensuring every display met brand and retail standards.
This project reinforced the value of acting as a single, accountable partner when delivering complex multi-store retail rollouts. Early-stage collaboration, supported by detailed 3D layouts and full-scale prototyping, proved critical in reducing risk, accelerating approvals, and ensuring confidence from both client and retailer. A phased manufacturing and installation approach allowed timelines to remain flexible without compromising quality, while close coordination with merchandising teams ensured each display achieved maximum impact from day one in store.
