The company wanted to reinforce and help employees feel engaged with this brand mission, so a 'surprise internal rebrand' of the workspace was agreed.

Established in 1901, The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world’s oldest and largest club for all forms of camping, proudly supporting over 700,000 members. With a brand built on friendliness, fun and adventure, the organisation wanted its internal environment to truly reflect its passion for nature and the great outdoors. The organisation is dedicated to promoting camping, caravanning and outdoor exploration across the UK and beyond.

The client commissioned a full internal rebrand of its head office, designed to surprise and delight employees while strengthening brand alignment. The project required consultation, bespoke production and rapid installation, all delivered within a tightly managed timeframe.

Workplace environments play a powerful role in employee motivation and engagement. While traditional incentives such as pay rises and promotions remain important, the physical workspace significantly influences morale and connection to company values. By using impactful wall graphics and consistent brand visuals, organisations can reinforce their mission daily, creating a sense of unity, pride and inspiration that employees experience every time they walk through the door.
