When Dorel identified the need for a flexible retail solution to showcase its Maxi-Cosi ISOFIX car seat range, the objective was clear: create a premium, modular display that could be tailored to individual retailer requirements while reinforcing trust, safety, and brand leadership. Partnering with Merit Display, the result was an adaptable in-store system designed to combine visual impact with hands-on product interaction.

Dorel Industries, established in 1962, is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of home and juvenile products.

Its juvenile division includes globally recognised brands such as Maxi-Cosi, Quinny and Tiny Love, alongside regional brands including Safety 1st, Bébé Confort, Cosco and Infanti.

Maxi-Cosi car seats and strollers are synonymous with safety, comfort, innovation, and trusted design, supporting families from their very first journey home through everyday adventures.

Project brief

Dorel required a modular retail display capable of showcasing multiple ISOFIX bases and compatible car seat options in varying showroom environments. The solution needed to be flexible, scalable, and visually consistent while delivering a seamless and reassuring buying experience for new parents.

Following collaborative design workshops and technical consultations, Merit Display developed a fully modular system with interchangeable display boxes and adaptable configurations. The design enabled retailers to assemble, modify, or extend their displays depending on available space and product range.
