Graphic Arts Group partnered with HIAB to design and deliver a tailored range of branded workwear that supports safety, professionalism and employee pride on the job. This project brought together practical safety apparel with high-quality branding solutions, ensuring HIAB team members look and feel part of a cohesive, well-equipped workforce.

Project brief

HIAB sought a complete workwear programme that blended robust safety standards with effective brand exposure. The emphasis was on selecting materials and designs suitable for heavy-duty use while reflecting HIAB's visual identity.

    Brand consultation

    The Graphic Arts team worked with the HIAB brand to understand how it could be used within guidelines for operational requirements.

    Selection of fabrics

    The selection of durable, safety-compliant fabrics suitable for industrial work was a key element of the project to ensure the workwear was 'fit for purpose'.

    Choosing the logo application

    For each item, the logo application was important to get right and a variety of methods were used including embroidery, screen print and woven label application.

    Production and delivery

    The Graphic Arts team offered end-to-end production and fulfilment delivery for the HIAB team across all sites.

    Key learnings

    This project reinforced the importance of collaborative specification and material selection when delivering workwear that must perform both functionally and as a brand touchpoint. Early engagement with HIAB’s safety and HR teams ensured the final wardrobe was practical for field use and strongly aligned with corporate identity. By combining clear briefing, creative design choices and reliable fulfilment, Graphic Arts Group delivered workwear that not only protects employees but also strengthens brand cohesion in demanding industrial environments.
