As construction continued throughout the building of the highly anticipated new STEM building at the University of Warwick, the surrounding hoarding was thoughtfully planned and executed. O’Brien Contractors Ltd worked with the University marketing teams to design the multi-phase project that not only offered security but also supported campus branding, marketing, and traffic management.

With a sharp focus on sustainable growth over the last 65 years, O'Brien Contractors Ltd. has been able to invest in the latest technology and broaden their offering while employing, retaining, and developing the best talent in the industry. This has allowed them to confidently deliver total project solutions across Civil Engineering, Construction and Sports projects in the Midlands and beyond.

In order to meet the everchanging landscape of university live, the project was spit into phases to coincide with the progress of the building project. The urgency and demand of activities on campus at different times of the year played a key role in the changing messages over time.

Working directly with O'Brien Contractors Ltd., Graphic Signs planned the rollout of the three phases in a timeline that worked alongside the construction taking place on site.
Graphic Signs worked closely with the University of Warwick branding and marketing teams to ensure their campaign information was on brand and messages were in-line with with activities on campus.
The Graphic Signs team was able to produce the vinyl artwork panels that were perfect for the job after liaising with O'Brien Contractors Ltd. regarding space and materials that we could use on the hoarding, ensuring they were hardwearing but also easily replaceable for the various phases that were planned through the lifetime of the project.
Our expert installers managed each phase of the project directly to ensure a clean finish to the updated messages throughout.
The construction project is ongoing and our team will continue to update messaging for the events and campaigns on campus throughout the lifespan of the hoarding itself.
