Merit Display was tasked with designing a range of high-impact displays that would showcase Sika products effectively in stores. The displays needed to be lightweight, durable, easy to transport, and flexible enough to accommodate various products. After an initial meeting, the Merit team proposed several display concepts that aligned with Sika’s vision, and the project quickly moved forward.

Sika is a leading brand in sealants, adhesives, and building chemicals in the UK.
Their strong brand identity and commitment to quality made them keen to create eye-catching displays that would elevate their presence in stores and merchants.

Sika chose two display models: a countertop unit for Sika adhesive tubes and a larger floor display that could adapt to a range of product sizes. A key priority was getting the colour right, particularly Sika’s signature yellow. After thorough substrate testing, our team perfected the colour and moved to prototyping.
The project followed a proven design process: concept development, prototyping, and production. Once the displays were finalized, they were delivered directly to Sika’s headquarters in Leeds, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

The 3D renders brought the design to life and provided Sika with a clear vision of the final product. The displays’ use of Sika’s signature yellow ensured they would stand out in any setting.
We chose Merflex material for both displays, which is 80% recycled, lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly. This material allowed for large branding areas while aligning with Sika’s sustainability goals.
For builders’ merchants, this solution offers a practical and scalable way to showcase Sika products. The displays are adaptable to different store layouts and easy to transport.
We were able to make both types of display from sustainable materials. This makes them an excellent choice for businesses looking to improve their in-store merchandising while supporting environmentally conscious practices.
