Graphic Arts partnered with Volvo Trucks UK to deliver the printed materials for their newly launched Volvo Involved programme – a free membership scheme designed to give truck operators exclusive access to discounts, offers, and tailored support. Our role was to supply consistent, high-quality printed assets that would bring this customer loyalty initiative to life across the UK.



Volvo Trucks UK is part of one of the world's most respected commercial vehicle brands, known for their commitment to quality, safety, and uptime. With a strong focus on customer relationships and sustainability, Volvo maintains premium standards across all aspects of their business, from their vehicles to their customer communications.
We were tasked with supplying a comprehensive suite of printed materials to support the nationwide rollout of the Volvo Involved programme. The project required consistent, high-quality production that would reflect Volvo's premium brand identity whilst meeting tight deadlines for distribution across regional dealerships and service centres throughout the UK.
We produced welcome packs and membership cards that provided a professional first impression for new Volvo Involved members, reinforcing the programme's value proposition.
Dealer posters and point of sale materials were designed to communicate the programme clearly at customer touchpoints throughout Volvo's retail network.
Discount vouchers, service reminders, and ongoing communications kept members engaged with the programme benefits and encouraged regular interaction.
Printed guides and brochures provided detailed programme information, ensuring operators fully understood the membership benefits and how to access them.
We worked closely with Volvo's marketing and service teams from the beginning to understand programme requirements and develop a comprehensive print package that would serve multiple touchpoints across the customer journey.
Every item was designed and produced to reflect the strength and clarity of Volvo's brand identity, ensuring materials delivered both visually and functionally to reinforce trust and encourage customer engagement. We used FSC-certified paper stock and eco-friendly inks, aligning our environmental standards with Volvo's own commitment to sustainability.
Our production process prioritised quality, speed, and sustainability. We managed everything from artwork approvals to print finishing and delivery logistics, ensuring nationwide distribution met launch deadlines. Each piece was subjected to rigorous quality checks, ensuring consistency across all regional locations.
We supported Volvo's ongoing programme evolution with sample kits, mock-ups, and quick-turnaround reprints as the campaign developed. This flexibility ensures the programme can adapt to new campaigns, seasonal offers, and sustainable print innovations as needed.
