Project brief

YMCA England required a carefully curated range of branded products that local associations could confidently order, knowing they met brand, quality, and ethical standards. In addition, they needed a dedicated webstore that would simplify ordering and allow users to edit and personalise selected items.

Key objectives

  • Research and source high-quality, durable garments
  • Ensure colour accuracy and brand consistency
  • Verify ethical manufacturing and sourcing standards
  • Design and build a user-friendly webstore
  • Simplify the ordering and checkout experience
  • Solutions

    Research and planning

We worked closely with YMCA England & Wales to research, test, and compile a merchandise and clothing range that aligned with their new brand identity.

    Choosing ethically responsible items

While we were assessing garment durability, carefully matching colours to brand guidelines, it was also key to ensuring all products were ethically manufactured and responsibly sourced.

    Web platform to meet needs

Alongside product development, we implemented our webstore platform, with key elements designed from the ground up to meet YMCA’s specific needs. Ease of use was central to the build, incorporating features such as a streamlined single-page checkout and intuitive editing functionality.
