The Living Wage commitment means teams across all departments are paid the minimum living wage which is still significantly above the governments minimum wage for over 25’s.
Stuart Jenkin from Graphic Arts Group commented, “We have been paying the Living Wage for some years and felt it was the right thing to do from an early stage. As a family run business, our team are our heartbeat, and we recognise the cost of living and salaries within our industry do not always match”.
In addition to paying the Living Wage, Graphic Arts Group also provide lunch for their team. Stuart Jenkin said “we know the cost of lunch can creep up. By offering a free lunch to our team we can also help reduce the cost of being at work”.
A family run business established in 1978, Graphic Arts Group celebrate their 40th birthday this year and will also be extending their Coventry site to provide additional fulfilment space and printing capacity
