Transforming hospital spaces with impactful, brand-compliant wayfinding and environmental graphics.

For over 15 years, Graphic Signs has partnered with University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW) to deliver high-quality wayfinding and signage solutions. Most recently, the Trust sought to develop a vibrant ‘Patient Involvement Hub’ within University Hospital, designed to capture attention, encourage public engagement, and gather meaningful feedback on the patient experience.

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust partnered with Graphic Signs to modernise its Children’s Emergency Department for the first time since 2006. The project focused on delivering clear, inclusive wayfinding and calming visual graphics—designed to reduce anxiety, improve patient flow, and create a more reassuring environment for children and their carers.

We partnered with St Cross Hospital to design, supply, and install a complete wayfinding system across this historic NHS site. The project required a full overhaul of both internal and external signage to unify the expanded hospital campus, improving navigation for patients, visitors, and staff whilst maintaining accessibility and inclusivity throughout.
